We take great care to ensure all items are packaged securely so that when they arrive they are not damaged. All items will be shipped within a three-day period. Some items may be shipped directly from one of our manufacturer's warehouses to promote faster shipping.
RETURN POLICY
Returns: We have a 14-day return for refund policy. After that, we will exchange for defective items. Any item that needs to be returned must first receive an RA number from our Returns Dept. All items to be returned must be in new condition and uninstalled. Please note that installed items will not be permitted to be returned. Any item returned is subject to restocking fees or original shipping fees unless returned for exchange. The warranty does not cover any return shipping charges.
